HEY, I'M ABBY SELVA!

Vancouver-based Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer as well as a photographer. I grew up dancing on Vancouver Island in a small town called Qualicum Beach. After graduating high school in 2019, my love of dance took me overseas to London, England, where I attended Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance for their Bachelor of Arts degree program in Contemporary Dance. I'm currently living in Vancouver, BC, and just finished two years of dancing as a company member with The Source Dance Company, under the direction of Joanne Pesusich.


My love of photography started at a young age, I was always so interested in old-fashioned polaroid and film cameras. A fun fact about me is that I collect vintage cameras! In December of 2020, I purchased my DSLR camera and started taking pictures of all my talented friends. Fast forward a year and a half later, and I've been professionally photographing dancers all over Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
